About us

Skye Music Shop was established in 2007 in Portree on the Isle of Skye. Specialising in traditional music we sell CD's, Books, Instruments and accessories and also offer tuition in Guitar, Fiddle, Mandolin and Tenor Banjo. The shop is run by John and Kate Masson who are both experienced professional musicians. Now with the establishment of our online store we aim to offer a friendly, efficient and helpful service to customers worldwide.
