Diversions is the fourth album from the band and is another high-energy, fast-flowing mixture of music and song both old and new from the Gaelic cultural tradition.
The band have previously been nominated for Scottish Folk Band Of The Year at the Scots Trad Music Awards, and Calum Alex is a Mod Gold Medallist.
Daimh are Angus MacKenzie (Highland pipes, Border pipes), Colm O' Rua (banjo, mandola), Gabe McVarish (fiddle), Ross Martin (guitar), James Bremner (bodhran) and Calum Alex MacMillan (vocals) with special guests Donald Shaw (piano, organ), Iain MacDonald (flute), Niall Vallely (concertina), Caoimhin Vallely (piano) and Norrie McIver (vocals).
